Welcome to the Waunakee Wave Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

Helpful tips for registering: 

What documents do I need when registering?

  1. Email from Coach on your swimmer's Group Level, new to Wave check out the Evaluations Page for more info.
  2. A PRIMARY email address that will become your website login (one that both parents can use to access your account if necessary)
  3. Insurance, physician, and emergency contact info
  4. Credit or debit card, or bank info for ACH set-up
  5. Swimmer's t-shirt size

What are the main registration steps?

  • SWIMMER GROUP LEVEL. All returning swimmers who swam with the Waunakee Wave please register in the same group A,B,C, D or E group use that your swimmer(s) were assigned to.  All NEW SWIMMERS please register to the group your child was recommend to join.  Any questions please contact Head Age Group Coach Sandy Kuecker, [email protected]  
  • READ. Carefully read and approve all the forms, agreements, and disclaimers. Printable text is available on each page.  Please carefully read the information on Home Meet Volunteering.
  • PAY. Payment Method Set Up via either 
  • Credit Card (including the Team Unify credit card processing fee of 2.95% + $0.30 per credit card transaction) or,
  • ACH Automatic Payment thru your bank. PLEASE NOTE: The Initial Registration Payment must be made via Check, it is not possible for Team Unify to process the initial registration via ACH. YOUR SWIMMERS REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE APPROVED UNTIL THE CHECK IS RECEIVED.Mail Payment to: Waunakee Wave, P.O.Box 352,Waunakee, WI 53597

  • NOTIFICATION. You will get a email that your registration is "pending approval." This is normal for ALL registrations. New families will also get their login and password credentials for their new online swim account.
