Membership Information

Call us at 970-203-1374 for more information on which practice group your swimmer should begin with. If openings exist in the desired group, follow these steps to become a member of the Loveland Swim Club:

1. United States Swimming Form or Liability Waiver

These forms are done through the registration process on line, the fees are paid to Loveland Swim Club.

USA Swimming $68 annual registration covers Oct - Dec of the following year, we will bill and collect this in December. If you are joining mid swim year the fee is not prorated until the long course season begins in April and will only cover until Sept of the same year.

Splish swimmers do not need to be USA Swimming members. The liability waiver is part of the online registration process and is annual fee of $5. This fee will be invoiced and is renewed each fall in Oct.

High School Group swimmers must be USA Swimming members.

All fees will be invoiced and collected once the two week trial is completed. The two week trial is for new swimmers only. Please note that the two week trial is for both you and the coach to determine if your child is ready to join the club. However, the coach always has final discretion regarding team and group membership.

2. First Month Dues & Club Registration Fee
After your two-week trial, you will begin receiving monthly dues invoices along with our monthly newsletter. Dues will be billed at the beginning of each month and are due by the 15th of each month. There is also a yearly registration fee. The current fee is $80 per swimmer, $130 max per family. If you quit the club, please contact the club manager, Melissa Kralik, and your swimmer's coach. Swimmers pay for the entire month once the month begins. If you quit in the middle of the month, you still owe dues for that entire month.

3. Start Swimming with the designated group
Splish groups work out at the Thompson Valley High School pool in the shallow end. The Splash groups trains in the deep end of the TVHS pool. All other groups train in the competition course of the three high school pools in Loveland: Thompson Valley High, Mountain View High and Loveland High School. In Greeley, our team practices at the Greeley Recreation Center,  and Centennial Park.

4. What do I bring to practice?
Bring a swim suit. Goggles and caps are needed for swimmers in Splash and higher-level groups. Loveland Swim Club members receive a 10% discount at Mind Imprints (MI Sports) located north on Hwy 287 in Loveland.

5. How do I quit the club?
If your swimmer wants to quit the club for a short or long period of time, you must contact the Manager, Melissa Kralik, as soon as possible. (203-1374) Do not simply tell the coach. He or she is not responsible for managing dues, group rosters, or invoices. You will continue to be charged monthly dues until the manager is notified. Please be considerate and inform the manager of your child's departure from our program as soon as possible.

Swimmers pay for the entire month once the month begins. If you quit in the middle of the month, you still owe dues for that entire month.
