Welcome to the Johnston Blaze Swim Club Electronic Registration platform! The process is simple. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

We look forward to having you join the Johnston Blaze Swim Club and are excited for another great season!


Anyone can become a member of the Blaze Team if they have achieved level three of American Red Cross swim instruction and can swim 25 yards unassisted.

The focus of practice will be on stroke development, turns, endurance conditioning and meet fundamentals.  Members can practice several times per week and have the opportunity to swim at USA meets. 

The spring session will be April 11-June 3.  Practices will be held Mondays, Tuesday, and Thursdays from 5:30-7pm and Wednesdays and Fridays from 4:30-6pm. 

When you proceed through the registration process to sign up for the regular season, you will need to click the green button as if you will be paying by check.  Proceed with clicking the button as if you are paying by check.  This will get your child registered into the Swim Club.  After you have them registered, you can log out of Team Unify.  You then need to make a payment using one of the following three methods.  After Community Education has received your payment, staff will go back into Team Unify and mark your account as having been paid. 

Methods of Payment

1.  You can go to our online RevTrak payment link on the district website ( and make a payment using your V/MC/Discover card.  You will need to know the amount to pay and enter at time of processing.  (RevTrak can be found on the district website on the right side of the home page).

2.  You can call JCE (Johnston Community Education) at 278-0552 and make a payment over the phone with your MC or V.

3.  You can stop by the JCE office at 5608 Merle Hay Road and pay by cash or check.

When you sign up for meets, those charges will be placed into your account and it will be your responsibility to make payment using one of the three methods above and keep your account current.

Refunds-Requests must be submitted by calling 278-0552
Refunds will be given in the following manner:

Request within the first seven days after the first practice for a session-full refund minus $20 administrative fee.
Request prior to the end of the fourth week (8th week for long fall)-1/2 refund will be given minus $20 administrative fee.
Request prior to the end of the twelfth week (long fall)-1/4 refund will be given minus $20 administrative fee and requires doctor note that swimmer can no long swim due to illness/injury.

No refunds on the one-time registration fee or punch cards.
