2019 Long Course
(Spring) Membership Information
The Westfield Aquatics 2019 Long
Course season will run from April 8th through late July 2019. This
is our competitive swimming program for ages 6-18 that involves
training multiple days a week to improve technique and ability in
preparation for our swimmers to compete at the area, state, and

IF YOU ARE A FORMER VIPER/WESTFIELD
AQUATICS SWIMMER RETURNING AFTER TIME OFF: Your online
account username/password is still the same at Westfield Aquatics.
If you are unable to login, please contact the Westfield Aquatics
Registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org to have your
account re-activated before registering for the 2019 Long
Course season as a returning swimmer.
Enrollment in Westfield
Aquatics is open year round. New Swimmer Evaluations will take
place Wednesday, March 27th between 4:30-5:30pm at Westfield
High School, enter through door 13. Please contact Coach
Thomas (email@example.com) or Coach Surface
(firstname.lastname@example.org) with questions.
The swimmer evaluation session will include time for
prospective swimmers to swim as well as a short information and Q
& A session for parents. There is no commitment at that
time. Swimmers--don't forget your swimsuit, goggles, and towel on
evaluation night, as you'll be getting in the water! If you have

with athlete redeployment- This is based on last year's
winter roster and newly evaluated athletes. During
registration, please choose these groups for your athlete.
All registrations must be approved by team admin.

Our registration system will open on March
25th. There is a RED REGISTRATION box on the right-hand side of
Age Group Elite & Senior
Swimmers - ONLY:
If you are a current (i.e.
registered in the 2018-19 short course season) Age Group Elite
swimmer, you need to re-register to declare your
intention to swim in the Long Course season. You will NOT be
charged another registration fee.
If you are a current (i.e.
registered in the 2018-19 short course season) Senior swimmer, you
do NOT need to do anything as your original registration in the
Fall committed you for the entire year.
If you are NEW (Age Group Elite or
Senior) to Westfield Aquatics, you will be charged a registration
fee upon completing the registration
Block swimmers - ONLY:
Block #5 - registration
will open March 25, 2019
Block #6 - registration will open
May 20, 2019
As noted in the season packet
information, Block swimmers pay a flat fee at the time of
Proof of ID Information: Indiana Swimming requires that
all new members submit
some form of official identification. Click on the above link
as it outlines the acceptable forms. The copies of the
acceptable documents can be submitted as hard-copies to the
Wesfield Aquatics coaching staff, or electronically (preferred)
through email to the IN Swimming offices or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Form: If you are transferring from another Indiana
Swimming club team, we will need you to fill out this form on
behalf of your swimmer. If you are unsure of some of the
needed dates, please ask our staff to help you fill out the
New Parent Checklist: This list is included in our season
packet and is a great way to make sure you get your child
properly registered for the Long Course season!
BLOCK SCHEDULE: All
Developmental, Age Group 2 and Age Group 1 athletes will be offered
6 blocks of swimming through the year. Each block is 6 weeks
active with 1-2 weeks off between. Detailed schedule and fees
as well as an explaination are linked below. Blocks 5 and 6 are offered for the Long
