Selection of athletes is from the list of families in good standing and based on group availability only. Every attempt will be made to accept all athletes while maintaining quality conditions for current members. All athletes will represent WAC through the championships of the current season. Dual or split representation with another USA swimming team by the swimmer or family is prohibited. This does not apply to summer swim clubs, high school, YMCA or college teams.
Swimmers are placed into one of several groups appropriate for their age and ability level. They may be advanced at any time during the season as deemed advantageous to their progress. Original placement and advancement is strictly the role of the Head Coach or Head Age Group coach.

Family member status:
To become a member in good standing, a registration agreement must be signed and returned with other registration materials. Adherence to the registration agreement while maintaining current fee status will keep a family in good standing. Swimmers group fees should be paid on the posted due date. Fees are considered late if not paid by the 10th of each month. Swimmers will not be entered in any upcoming competitions if balance is past due 30 days. Accounts past due 45 days will result in loss of training privileges. Total season fees must be paid in full for a swimmer to return.

Please make sure you know all group information before registering.  If you have not yet spoken with the coaching staff about placement, please do so first before signing up for a group, as they may change if this step is skipped.
