Membership Information






PHAI offers 5 classes of membership: Active Membership; Lifetime Membership; Honorary Membership; Swim Team Only Membership; Assigned Membership. For a full description of our memberships refer to the PHAI Standing Rules 1.00 Membership.

Application Fee

The current application fee is twenty-five dollars ($25.00) payable in full at the time of submitting the application.


All members, except Lifetime Members and members currently serving on the Board shall pay dues in the amount of six hundred ninety-six dollars ($696.00) per calendar year. 

You may apply to purchase any of the above membership packages by completing and submitting the forms below. Once the forms are received, along with your $25 application fee, our Membership Director will contact you.

Work Hours

Member families are responsible for completing four (4) hours of work obligation each calendar year. 

Reimbursement Procedures: obtain authorization from Board Member prior to paying for an expense, complete a  PHA Check Authorization Form, attach original receipt and obtain signatures on the form. Approving Board Member will submit form for reimbursement. Payment will be made within 30 days. Swim Team Reimbursement Requests are located in the Family File Box on the Gatekeeper's ledge. Complete form and obtain signature from appropriate Swim Team Director for reimbursement.
