PRACTICE SCHEDULE FOR SUNDAY, 11/15
Our traditional Sunday practice times have been changed to accomodate Day 2 of the FMC Time Trial Event. Express will practice from 2:30-4:15 PM at FMC in the Training Pool (Where we practice on Tuesdays). All Express swimmers must enter via the WEST entrance (the Main Entrance is reserved for Time Trial access).
RecExpress-3:30-4:15 / SuperNOVA-3:30-4:15 / Bronze-2:30-3:30 / Silver-2:30-4:00 /G-SR - 2:30-4:15
This will be the LAST day of practice for Session 1
