Weekly Update #5

Hi Everyone,

1. Meet Warmups for this weekends meet at Upper Dublin. Warmup for Friday night starts at 4:30pm with a start time of 5:00pm. For Satruday and Sunday, Warmups for the morning sessions (13 and ups) starts at 7:15am with a meet start time of 8:30am. Warmups for the afternoon session (12 and unders) starts at 1:00pm with a meet start time of 2:00pm. Please try and be at Upper Dublin at least 15 to 20 minutes before the start of warmup so that all the swimmers can get their things set up on deck and to get changed into their swim suits before warmup starts.

2. With the swimmers USA memberships for this year and for future years, USA swimming will not be mailing out physical memebership cards. The meet hosts will have a file on them with everyones membership information on it. So please do not be concerned if you do not recieve a card in the mail. If you would like, there is an app that you can download onto your phone or tablet that is called Deck Pass. Once you download the app, you can then search for your swimmers information and everthing should come up onto the app.

3. Coach Raynelle sent out an email to the younger groups about this but this will go towards all the swimmers, please write down all of your swimmers goals onto an index card and bring them into practice. Coach Raynelle has made a poster for the swimmers to hang their goals from that is on the pool deck. I believe that this will keep them reminded of what they are working towards each and every practice they come to.

4. If you have not done so yet, please go onto the team website and please sign up and help volunteer for the Boo. This is one of our best fundraisers that we hold and the meet will not be able to run very smoothly without you help.
