Wine Survivor Fundraiser

The Dartmouth Crusaders is having a Wine survivor fundraiser just in time for the holidays!

Each person that participates buys a ticket for $20 and contributes a $15 NSLC gift card (or $15 and we’ll purchase the gift card). Starting on Saturday December 10th we will be drawing names between 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Each night starting on the 10th, we will post on the DCSC Wine Fundraiser Facebook page and emails will be sent to participating swim families what names have been drawn. If your name is drawn you have two choices: you can be out of the draw or you can buy back in by 6:00 pm the following night for $5. You can only buy back in twice and nobody can buy back in on the last day of the draw. The number of names that we draw each night will depend on how many tickets are sold. We will let you know on December 9th what the numbers will be. Final draw will be Friday December 23. Last name drawn wins 50% of the gift cards, second and third names left each win 25% of the gift cards.

All tickets, money and gift cards must be received by Friday December 9th at 5:00pm. Find us on Facebook 'DCSC Wine Fundraiser'.

If you have any questions or you want to purchase tickets please contact Wendy at

Save the date: Live Music and Silent Auction!

Save the date. Friday, January 13, 2017 is the date for our big fundraiser.  Cory Tetford and his band mates will be performing for us at Monte"s Showbar and Grill. We will also have a silent auction that evening. More details will be coming soon. We need several volunteers to help make this night a success. We'll need people to help with ticket sales, collection of auction items, working the door the night of the show and setting up auction items on the 13th. If you are able to help out (you'll earn volunteer points) please let Wendy know Start collecting auction items!

Kiwanis Tree Lot

Earn some volunteer points, have some fun and support the Kiwanis! Each year the Crusaders volunteer at the Kiwanis tree lot located in Grahams Grove parking lot across from the Braemar Superstore. The Kiwanis has been a big supporter of the Crusaders for several years. This is one small way we can give back and have some fun. This is suitable for all swimmers. Younger swimmers should volunteer with a parent. Go the the Kiwanis website and sign in as a guest. Pick a time slot that works for you and put your name there. Include Dartmouth Crusaders as part of your name so they know we are supporting them. You'll get a confirmation email sent to you. You'll earn 20 volunteer points per shift that you work!
