NCSA Junior National Championship Recap

The STARS NCSA Junior National Team: Annabella Boardman, Elizabeth Cottle, Tyler Dillon, Lyndsey Huizenga, Grace Khunduang, Jaiden Muramatsu, Sarah Passilla, Mali Rodriguez, Marcela Scaramuzza, & Katie Schorr

The team broke 9 team records at the meet. The women placed 33rd overall out of 234 teams scoring 74 points. Here are some highlights:

Katie Schorr placed 2nd in the 100 Free (49.23*) and 6th in the 50 free(22.83). She also broke the team record in the 50 back(27.05). She was also selected to be on the NCSA Select Camp roster that will be going to the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO.

Elizabeth Cottle was able to get two second swims in the 50fly (25.22*-31st) and 100 fly(55.10*-34th).She also broke the 200 Fly 15-16 girls  team record(2:06.38)

Tyler Dillon breaks the team record in the 200 Fly(1:53.78) and the 50 Fly(23.52)

Jaiden Muramatsu broke the 13-14 girls team record in the 50 Back(28.43-200 Medley B Relay)

200 Medley Relay A Team broke the team record(1:47/38); Katie Schorr, Marcela Scaramuzza, Elizabeth Cottle and Lyndsey Huizenga!
