This Spring Season has been going great and we are excited to move into the Summer Season! There have been many changes in the past few weeks which make it necessary to slighty alter our schedules for the upcoming months. Thank you in advance for your understanding! The first schedule is only for the week of 6/12-6/16. The second schedule is the one we expect to use for the remainder of the summer.

Stroke Development 6-7p @ Craig, M, Tu, Th (Will be at Craig until Parker Pool maintenance is finished)
Age Group 7-8:30p @ Craig, M-F (Will be at Craig until Parker Pool maintenance is finished)
Junior 7:30-9a @ Rockport M-F (No Dry Land)
Senior 7-9a @ Rockport M-F (No Dry Land)
Cougar Camps 7-9a (Entering Grades 8 and Up), 3:15-5:15p (Entering Grades 3-7) @ Craig
Summer Schedules (Parker Practices will be at Craig until maintenance is finished)

Senior 7-9a @ Rockport M-F, Dry Land 9-10a @ Rockport Tu, Th, Two A Days 4-5:30p @ Parker or Craig (For athletes also swimming mornings and based on expected group attendance)
All Rockport practices will have a contingency plan to move to Craig if severe weather is ecpected. You will be contacted prior to 6:30a via email if this happens.
In the event that severe weather unexpectedly occurs while practicing at Rockport we may be asked to take a 30 minute break. We will move indoors and use the time for other activities.
For all Rockport practices please make sure athletes have appropriate clothing in case of cold weather and have a shirt, shoes and shorts for Dry Land. Also, sunscreen and a water bottle should be with the swimmers every day.
