2017-2018 Workout Schedule

Above is the workout schedule for the 2017-2018 season.

Practices begin:

National Senior, Senior, AG1 and AG2:   Sept. 11thh  with a modified schedule of Monday, Tuesday,Wednesday, Thursday,and Friday  that week from 4:00 to 5:00pm at Magna.  Then those swimmers can either do dryland work from 5:00 to 6:00pm, or help with the Swim Camp from 5:00 to 7:00pm.  High school volunteer credits can be earned for helping with the Camp.  Regular schedule for these groups begins on Monday, Sept. 18th .

 AG3, AG4, AG5, Dev. 1, Dev. 2, Splashing UpMonday Sept. 18th  ,with the regular schedule.
