Team Equipment Distribution 

Hi Crusader Families: 

The suits are finally in - Yaaaaa! Here are a few important notes on Equipment Distribution:

Team Equipment

The team suits and shirts are now in. You can pick up your swimmer's gear at the following times and locations: 

Squads 2,3, and 4 - Findlay Community Center, Wednesday, October  ‎4from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.

Squad 1 - Revolution Fitness, Sunday, ‎ October 7 at 9:15 am 

At this time I will only be distributing one suit and one shirt per registered team member  in the size that was  indicated on your  registration form.

‎Each swimmer also gets a team logo latex cap. If you wish to upgrade to a silicone cap, the cost is $6 (exact change please as I will have no cash on hand).


Once all the initial gear is distributed, dry un-worn suits (with tags attached)  and dry unworn shirts may be exchanged for other sizes depending on available quantities. If we don't have your suit size for exchange, additional sizes will be re-ordered once we get all the requests in.

Purchasing Extra Equipment 

Once we get through the initial distribution  you are welcome to purchase additional suits, shirts and caps from the inventory on hand. I also still have a few fins left  in XXL (men's 10.5-13, women's 11.5 -14) and small (men's 1-3, women's 2-4)  at the old price of $36.  Once these are gone we will no longer be keeping fins in inventory but I'm happy to help you order them (and snorkles)  from our vendor.

Fundraising Notes:

Dieleman Fundraiser – The Dieleman fundraiser is a great way to earn money towards your Mandatory Fundraising Amount. Your profit will be 40% of your total sales. That’s a great return! The Dieleman catalogue is full of wrapping paper, gift ideas, home decor and kitchen items. There will also be a couple of food brochures: Chocolate and Gourmet.  You are also able to sell items through the online system (details in catalogue). All orders are due back to me no later than Thursday, October 19th. Items will be delivered the week of November 27th at which time, I’ll make arrangements to be at practices to deliver your orders. We are closing in on a date for the Cory Tetford show at Monte''s never too early to start collecting auction items and putting the word out to all your friends and family to get ready for an awesome night out!
