It was an amazing weekend of racing at the FAST Monster Splash on October 14 – 15, 2017. Held at the Fishers High School Natatorium, your FAST Tigers raced well, competed hard, and earned numerous lifetime best results. In addition, there were 3 new pool records broken as well. Congratulations go out to Margo Greer (IST; Open Age Category) for her 22.80 pool record in the 50 Free and to Marwan M El Kamesh (IST; Open Age Category) for his TWO pool records in the 200 Free (1:37.34) and the 500 Free (4:20.79).
Congratulations also go out to the FAST athletes who earned high point honors at the FAST Monster Splash. In the 8 & Under age group, Delaney Wilson finished 4th, while Austin Carlile and Tommy Mybeck finished 1st and 2nd, respectively. In the 9-10 age group, Mia Wilson took 1st place honors, while Addison Carlile finished 3rd and Rachel Garcia finished 4th. On the Boys’ side, Eduardo Sanchez earned the 3rd place trophy. Jo Jo Ramey and Meghan Christman took 2nd and 4th places for the 11-12 Girls, while Connor Carlile earned 2nd for the Boys. In the 13-14 category, Madelyn Christman won and Lydia Reade finished 4th, while on the Boys side, Kyle Ponsler earned 5th place honors. Finally, in the Open category, Drake Stallworth finished 3rd and Tim Bennett finished 5th. Congratulations to all these high point athletes on their consistently fast racing.
