The Annual Election meeting of the LSC Board will take place during the November 11, 2017 House of Delegate meeting at the University of Hawaii during the intersession break of the Senior Championship Meet (refer to the LSC website for time and location updates).
Delegates casting votes at the meeting, by e-mail, or U.S. mail must be listed as the delegate of record with the LSC Registrar. Ballots may be returned to the LSC Secretary by email from the registered delegate’s personal email account or by U.S. mail so as to be received by the Secretary two days prior to the meeting. Ballots cast by e-mail or U.S. mail will be counted at the meeting along with ballots that are cast in-person at the meeting.
Write-in candidates must submit a written acknowledgment accepting the nomination during the meeting or to the Secretary by two days prior to the meeting.
