Last weekend was the annual Midwestern Swimming Awards banquet. At this ceremony, swimmers, coaches, and volunteers are recognized for their achievements and contributions to our LSC.

IM Extreme (IMX) is a national motivational ranking system that assigns points for each performance a swimmer does. If a swimmer competes in all of the longer events of each stroke in their age group, they will achieve an IMX score. The following swimmers placed Top 3 in their age group during the 2016-17 seasons with their IMX score:
Short Course: Parker Schmieding, Grace Porter, Andrew Sutej, Andrew Hood
Long Course: Parker Schmieding, Mason Collier, Thomas Lundin, Rooster Cardin
