December Swim Schedule
We hope that everyone enjoyed, and by now recovered, from the Thanksgiving Weekend!
We have uploaded the December Schedule which outlines pool availability and when dry land will occur.
Click here to view this calendar.  There are a few changes to the regular schedule so please review these changes below and let me know if there are any questions.
Friday Practice Schedule - Starting this Friday 12/1
Over the next few months, we have a number of meets that have a Friday night session.  As we always strive to have two (2) coaches on deck, we are making a slight modification to the start time of practice on Friday nights until further notice.  This change will allow the team to still hold practice while there is a meet on a Friday night.  Starting 12/1 all Friday practices for AG1 and AG3 will start at 5:30PM.  Click here to view the detail schedule for each group.
High School Swim Season Now Underway
As the swimmers heard prior to Thanksgiving, a number of our swimmers have started their High School Swim Season and will be practicing with their respective high school teams.  Don't worry they will still see them from time to time.  Apponequet High School practices and host home swim meets at this same pool.  The Warriors practice schedule will change on certain days to accomodate these home swim meets.
The first home swim meet is Tuesday December 19th.  Warriors will only have access to the pool from 6:30PM - 7:30PM. This coincides with our dry land day for Strength & Conditioning.  Prep Team and AG1 will still have a swim practice on this day.  There will be no swim practice for AG2 & AG3.  More detailed information will be shared over the next few weeks as we get closer.
School Vacation Week
The pool will be closed and there will be NO SWIM PRACTICE on Monday December 25th and Tuesday December 26th.  Practice will resume on Wednesday where we will hold an open swim practice from 5:30PM - 7:30PM during the rest of the week.  Prep Team does not practice during School Vacation Week.
Excited to see what the next two meets brings for each of the swimmers.
As always, let me know if there are any questions.
