Poseidon Sledding Trip – Coming February 3rd. – Closed

Here is additional information for the trip:

Meet at the mountain at 10:45 pm – this will give us time to get our tickets and get in line.

 

Directions:

From the West

•Take I-90 exit 53

•Turn right at stop sign at end of off-ramp

•Turn left onto State Route 906 at the next stop sign

•Follow SR 906 for ~1.3 miles

•Take a left into the parking lot at the Tubing Center sign, just below Central Express Chairlift.  Tubing Center is at the back of the lot.           

If you missed the deadline to purchase tickets with the team; please consider contacting the Tubing at Snoqualmie directly to purchase tickets.  We will be attending the February 3rd 11:15 – 1:15 pm session.

Equipment Bags:

           

            If you are a RACER, Challenger, Regional, or Senior swimmer you should have an individual equipment bag that you keep at the pool for your use.  We have a large number of swimmers that are in these groups that do not have their own equipment.

NUTRITION:  After heredity and training, nutrition plays the largest role in the quality of a swimmer's performance.  HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE!!!

Every swimmer should have a water bottle at the end of their training lane.  Swimmers sweat during their workouts; the same amount of dehydration occurs during a swim workout as does a person doing a “dry” workout.  REMEMBER your water bottle every day.  It is just as important as your cap, suit, and goggles.  You wouldn’t come to swim practice without one of them – don’t come without your water bottle.
