About 50 UPAC swimmers participated in the Winter Challenge swim meet this past weekend at Wilson High School in Tacoma. There were several great swims that included personal bests, event wins, and new qualifying times. Congratulations to all UPAC swimmers who participated. Highlights of the meet included:
Marie Keough achieving her first ever Age Group Regional Championship time standard for the 11&Under Girls 500 Free. Age Group Regionals is the fastest possible Age Group meet swimmers can qualify for that is exclusive to swim teams from Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, Montana, Hawaii, and Wyoming. Congratulations Marie!
