WHAT Records Broken

We’re having a great season … lots of best times and many records broken. I can’t count how many best times we’ve had this year - and so many best times of best teams!

We’ve also broken some records, maybe 47 just through the meet today! In the last three years almost half of all team records have been broken.

Records broken at the WPIAL Champs:

  • Cecelia Costello: 15-16 200 IM
  • Aidan Demkee: 17-18 500 FR
  • Noah Jamison: 15-16 500 FR
  • Emma Lintelman: 17-18 200 IM
  • Violet Shattuck: 17-18 100 BK
  • Stefan Stratimirovic: 13-14 50 FR & 100 BR

Record broken at the AMS Senior Champs:

  • Noah Jamison: 15-16 1000 FR

We still have four meets before the season is complete: Junior Olympics, PIAA Champs, Last Splash and Eastern Zone Age Group Champs - lots of chances for records to be broken.

Did you ever wonder what it takes to break a team record? A little bit of luck and a ton of hard work. Really, anyone can break a record, but you need to be willing to do the work - and you can. Check out our team records here.
