NUTRITION

The article from USA Swimming Training's section,  Dispelling Protein Myths, by Chris Rosenbloom, PhD, RDN, is a great article on the variety of sources of protein. It also addresses rumors and myths that we may all hear ourselves regarding protein and some of its sources. While this article takes a more vegetarian approach, this is a informative article for all to make sure we're fueling ourselves for the best performance!
