SWAT
Shamrock Shakeup
Great showing throughout the age group at the Shamrock Shakeup this past weekend! SWAT had 89 swimmers entered. It was great to see so many of our EWU Teammates at the meet. This was an excellent way for our age group swimmers to finish off the season. Great Job Team!
Another Well Run Meet by SWAT Volunteers. Thank you to all our parent volunteers who made the event possible. The meet was well run and organized.

Sectionals Begins this Thursday
SWAT has 11 swimmers traveling to Federal Way for the Northwest Sectional Championships this weekend. Our Section is one of the fastest in the nation and annually features multiple Nationally Ranked athletes. Our swimmers leave Wednesday for the competition. If you see them at the pool wish them well.
Sectional Athlete Waiver
This year meet officials are requiring each athlete to turn in an Athlete Waiver. Parents and Swimmers please get these to Coach Sean by Tuesday PM at practice for registration Wednesday night.

Sectional Swimmers Traveling Wednesday PM
We will be warming up at KCAC Wednesday night from 5-7pm. Swimmers need to loosen up after the long car ride. Please plan accordingly. Warm up will only take 30-40 min.
Senior Practice Schedule This Week
Monday and Tuesday 5:15-7:45pm
Wednesday- Friday, 5:30-7:30pm (no dryland)
Saturday, 7-9am
Regional Entries Due
Regional Entries are due Wednesday. Register your swimmers today so coaches can complete the entry early. Relay Only Swimmers must also register.
