You can wear any suit or team shirt that you prefer for the Individual and Buddy pictures; however, for the team photo, please wear a BLACK or DARK NAVY Poseidon t-shirt.

 

Depending on time available – Dolphins, Racers, Regionals, and Senior swimmers will have a short practice after the photo session.

GENERAL INFORMATION: 

 

The Moses Lake Meet this year will be July 13-15; we have a block of rooms set aside at the Fairfield Inn & Suites (flier attached).  Our rate will be $129 per night; it is on a first come first serve basis. Here are the numbers of rooms we have blocked: Thursday July 12th = 6, Friday and Saturday July 13th & 14th = 15.

Equipment Bags:

           

If you are a RACER, Challenger, Regional, or Senior swimmer you should have an individual equipment bag that you keep at the pool for your use.  We have a large number of swimmers that are in these groups that do not have their own equipment.

NUTRITION:  After heredity and training, nutrition plays the largest role in the quality of a swimmer's performance.  HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE!!!

Every swimmer should have a water bottle at the end of their training lane.  Swimmers sweat during their workouts; the same amount of dehydration occurs during a swim workout as does a person doing a “dry” workout.  REMEMBER your water bottle every day.  It is just as important as your cap, suit, and goggles.  You wouldn’t come to swim practice without one of them – don’t come without your water bottle.
