The Week of April 19 and April 26 thru June 12

Spring 2021

Change is coming. Good change, a little more water time for most groups, a little more flexibility for all.

The week of April 19 will be the same as we have been all year…except that we are going to go without sign-ups (our numbers seem to have stabilized to a point where we are going to give it a try.)

For the week of April 19, the practice schedule will be

SR                           7:45-9:15

Tuesday

D3                           4:00-4:30

From April 26 to June 12 – the general schedule is below.

 

If the no sign-up works well the week of April 19, we will keep going without sign-ups. If we struggle with it, we will return to signing up for practices.

D2 swimmers

Monday               4:30-5:00              5:00-5:30

D3 swimmers

Monday               4:00-4:45              4:45-5:30

Tuesday               4:00-4:45              4:45-5:30

Friday                    4:15-5:00

 

The D2 and D3 groups have been blended for a while. We are looking over the roster and will get info out to families early this week about where each swimmer fits best.

 

JR Swimmers

Monday               6:30-7:45

Tuesday               6:30-8:30 *

Wednesday        6:30-7:45

Thursday             6:30-8:30 *

Friday                    5:00-6:00

Saturday              11:30-1:00*

 

*Swimmers need to have good athletic shoes and workout clothes. Some days we will be outside, so workout clothes need to be appropriate for the weather.

 

Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday workouts will have both in water and dryland parts of the workout.

 

SR Swimmers

Monday               7:15-9:15*

Tuesday               6:30-9:00*

Wednesday        7:15-9:15*

Thursday             6:30-9:00*

Friday                    5:00-7:00

Saturday              11:30-2:00*

 

*Swimmers need to have good athletic shoes and workout clothes. Some days we will be outside, so workout clothes need to be appropriate for the weather.
