WALKING THE TRACK AT BRANHAM: The facilities manager has let me know that the public is welcome to walk the track when Gate A is unlocked/open (located off the sidewalk on Meridian, near the parking lot entrance at Portobelo.) If there are practices, games or meets going on at the track, it is closed to the public to comply with county health directives.
SWIM MEET RECAP: What a great weekend with so many lifetime bests, new swimmers learning how swim meets work, conquering fears and trying new things. The coaches are so proud of you, swimmers. A special thank you to all the parents who took on volunteer timing shifts. We can’t run these meets without you! Results will be uploaded by mid-week on the “My Meet Results” portion of our website.
PERSONALIZED GOLD SILICONE CAPS: Are you interested in ordering a pair of personalized caps for your swimmer? These are available for swimmers in any group. They are $25/pair and must have the same name printed on both. Orders due by Saturday, May 1. You can order through our link on the Parent Info tab (team gear link) and I will bill your BAY account.
RACE TEAM CAPS: If your race team wimmer did not receive a new blue or yellow cap last week, please be sure to get one from your coach at practice this week. We won’t be passing them out every week, so this is the last week to get a new one! (included in your session fee.)
SUMMER LESSONS: We will be offering multiple programs this summer for those learning to swim, refining their strokes or swim team members looking for more practice.
Check out the offerings below under the “Swim Lesson” tab. These are different from swim TEAM (blue, yellow, Gold, JV, JV+, Prep, Varsity and Senior.) The info below is for one-on-one swim LESSONS:
