Hello Cobra Families –

The 2021 Cobra season is almost here and we have lots to share!  Make sure to read through this whole email as it’s packed with information!

Registration for the 2021 Season:

Registration for the 2021 swim season opened on March 19th for returning swimmers and on March 26th for new families. All registrations can be done through the Cobras website- www.gocobras.com via our Team Unify system.  Swimmer fees can be paid electronically or by physical check.  Details on how to make this payment will be on the registration page.  

 

If you know of families that might be interested in joining the team, please forward this email to them and/or direct them to the Cobras website.  Registration will close on May 20th.

 

Registration Fees:

2021 Fees are as follows depending on the category of swimmers: 

  • Commons HOA Members Swim Fee:  $185/ swimmer 

  • Commons Pool Member (Non-HOA) member: $185/ swimmer.   Family Membership to join the pool of $629 (save $30 if you sign up by April 1!) must be paid prior to swim team registration.

  • Non HOA/ Non Commons Pool Member Swim fee $185/ swimmer+ $100 pool fee/swimmer, for a total of $285 per swimmer
     

Please note that families are not allowed to sign up for jobs if registration fees are not paid.  If you are receiving this email and you are not returning in 2021, please send an email to Sarah Gibson Hoag at [email protected] and we will remove you from the team distribution.


 

New This Year- Cobras Kick-Off Event - Sunday, May 2!

Please join us on Sunday, May 2, from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m . at the Commons pool parking lot for Cobras Kick-Off! Open-house style, pop on by for a few minutes - and please remember to wear masks/be mindful of social distancing. Parking will be on the street only so walk or ride your bikes if possible!  KONA Ice will be available 3-4 pm, and 10% of sales will go towards a new digital clock!

  Don’t miss this great event which will include:

  • Team Swimsuit and spiritwear questions answered (new suit this year!). (no suits will be available at the Kick-Off for try-on or day-off purchase)

Calling all officials!!    We are still in need of a few more Officials

If you are looking for a front-row spot at swim meets, this is for you! Please contact Glenn Eckholm, Cobra Head Official [email protected] if you are interested.  We need to fill Official positions and this fulfills your required parent job commitment!
