Practice Updates

Super Bronze- Has been working on technique work for all four strokes. The first couple weeks of practice have been learning the basics of swimming, swim practice, and how the meets work. Learning how to read and understand swimming terminology off a white board during practice and being able to apply what is on the board to the pool. After the conclusion of the first couple of meets, Coach Eric and I have a good gauge on what to work on next.

Super Squad- has been upping its game over the course of the last 2 months. Since the changes in our schedule, Super Squad has been taking full advantage of the extra practice time. We are working on increasing yardage, increasing the amount of racing in practice, and of course still trying to have fun while learning new things.

Coach Eric and I have been impressed with the amount of growth of both Squads just in a short amount of time. We are looking forward to what the next couple of weeks have in store for our young Wahoos!

If anyone has any questions, comments, or concerns. Please, feel free to reach out to Coach Eric or I at any time!
