All monthly fees are invoiced on the 25th of each month for the following month.

Monthly fees include coaching and regular practices (fees are determined based on schedules, pool time and staffing), but do not include competition fees and competition travel costs.  NTA’s monthly fees will not be changing from the full programming rate this summer.   NTA’s pool rental rates are based on staffing and facility costs which have increased post-COVID.   In the event that we need to return to online programming, we will notify you of the online rates at that time.

Wednesday, September 1

Registration and Monthly Fees Charged:
NTA will charge each family account for annual registration fees and monthly fees for September.

Withdrawal from the program after September 15th will not be eligible for a refund of the September monthly fees.

Shark University:

Shark University is mandatory for all NTA families including fall high school athletes that plan to return after high school season concludes.  There will be 2 live options and 2 online options, as well as an “independent study” option that will include a online test.
Topics addressed in Shark University include:

  • Safe Sport Orientation
  • Facility Safety Training & COVID Protocols
  • Financial Agreements
  • Group Placement Protocol for 2021-2022
  • Volunteer Requirements

Failure to attend Shark University will result in a $100 charge per family.

Ongoing

Membership Hold Policy:
New in 2021, athletes may put their membership on hold up to 3 sequential months without charge. This is also applicable to athletes participating in high school sports to reserve space on the team.

Families will be asked to sign an electronic agreement stating that:

  • Athlete will not participate in any NTA activity while account is on hold
  • Account will be suspended for duration of hold and family will not remove CC from account.
  • Failure to return to the team upon end of agreement will result in $75 per month fee retained. There will be no additional fees if athlete returns at the end of stated agreement period

High School Addendum:
High school athletes participating in more than one season of sports must have a new agreement for each season.

Seniors in high school with accounts in good standing are exempt from this agreement to hold their spot.

To take non-sequential months off – regardless of reason – athletes will need to pay a $50 retainer to cover office expenses for each inactive month for up to three months total from September 2021-July 2022.

All withdrawals/retainers must be requested prior to the 25th of the month to avoid charges in the next month.
