AG State Day 1 Recap

The Illinois Age Group Long Course State Championship meet kicked off on Thursday and the 39 CWAC swimmers took to the pool to try and defend the team title.  Isabella Chow grabbed her first ever individual state title winning the 13-14 girls 100 free with a new team record and the 10&Under girls opened the meet up by winning the 200 free relay - Addie Schrimpf, Delaney Mulcrone, Mila Chow, Abrielle Kamara.  The team sits in second place after day 1 behind Academy and just ahead of FMC
