2021 U.S.M.S. 5K/10K ePostal National Championships

We will have 3-4 opportunities to swim and complete the event before the deadline, September 15.

We will complete a timed swim of 5 kilometers and/or 10 kilometers in the 50M pool, then you will submit your times online. Some people swim for competition—to compare themselves to other swimmers doing the same event—some for the challenge, some for fitness, and others do it for fun.

All who wish to participate are welcome. Your submitted time determines the final order of finish.

Words From Coach Mark

It’s all about ATTITUDE

1. Realize that attitude is a choice.

2. Choose an attitude that is predominately positive.

3. View swimming as an opportunity to compete against

yourself and learn from your successes and failures.

4. Pursue excellence, not perfection, and realize that you,

as well as your coaches, teammates, officials, and others

are not perfect.

5. Maintain balance and perspective between your

swimming and the rest of your life.

6. Respects your sport, other participants, coaches,

officials, and yourself.

“Ability is what you're capable of doing. Motivation

determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you

do it.”

Lou Holtz
