Thank you parents for making sure your swimmer has had a water bottle at practice!  It has made the practices so much more enjoyable for your child.  Working out in the water still requires hydration, especially during these very hot days! Remember even on cooler days, hydration is a key component to exercise.

Thank you so much for getting your swimmer to practice with their equipment and water bottles. The coaches greatly appreciate your help!
