 Current Covid-19 Mask Policy

Due to the current Covid-19 Risk level “quarantine caution”, the Duneland Swim Club, in cooperation with the Duneland School Corporation, will temporarily require face coverings indoors, regardless of vaccination status for all students, staff, and visitors in an effort to reduce quarantine numbers and increase the number of students able to remain in school.

This means that all individuals entering the pool deck and stands will be required to wear an appropriate face covering which covers both the nose and mouth at this time.  Duneland Swim Club will follow the policy of the Duneland School Corporation, and as the risk level status changes, so may the mask policy.

There are a few exceptions to this:

  • Swimmers who are about to enter the water are allowed to remover their masks.
  • Coaches who are on deck, at a safe and acceptable distance (6 feet or more) from swimmers in the water, will be allowed to coach without a mask.
    • When swimmers are sitting on deck, listening to or working with a coach, both coaches and swimmers will be masked.

Thanks you for your adherance,

The Duneland Swim Club Coaches and Board of Trustees
