MSSC rocks the 35th Annual Black History meet

MSSC is celebrating this morning some great swims at the 35th Annual Black History Meet at the Wilson Aquatics Complex in Washington, D.C. Our swimmers turned in great performances despite being out of the pool for the month of January when Fairland was shut down.

We congratulate Alyssa Robinson who was high point winner in the 9-10 Girls category with 131 points and Sydney Campbell who came in with 136 points in the 11-12 Girls category. Jacob Campbell ranked second place in the 9-10 boys category. Sachin Morse made the rankings at #5 also in the 9-10 boys category! Here is the Link to the high point scores for the meet.

Congratulations All!

Two new team records were set by Jacob Campbell in an amazing  9-10 Boys 200 Butterfly swim of 2:42.03, breaking a record from 2003. Sydney Campbell ties a record in the 11-12 girls 50 Freestyle from 1994 with a 25.21. Congratulations to the Campbells on some incredible swimming!
