Important apparel info-Personalized caps & towels orders due 4/20; webstore LIVE

Hi everyone,
Sorry for the long
email; please read through all of
it.
We are offering PERSONALIZED
team towels this year! Cost is $35, which is the actual
cost to the team. They are very high quality, thick, large, and
hold up nicely.
Please let me know by
text or email (630-881-7067; [email protected]) by Wednesday
4/20 with the following
info:
1) Personalization you want on the right hand
side--can do full name, last name, first name, hashtags...whatever
you like!
2) How many towels you'd like (if more than
one)
3) Family and swimmers'
names
4) Whether you will
be paying by zelle (630-881-7067), venmo (@amysuewang), or check
(made out to White Eagle Swim Team)
We need to hit a minimum order of 48, so do not
send payment yet.
HERE IS THE LINK TO THE
WEBSTORE--it closes on Sunday, May 8 at 10:30 pm for all the
items (except caps, which need to be ordered before 4/20) to ensure
it comes in that first week of June. This link is posted on the
team website.

Of special note,
custom personalized silicone cap orders are
due EARLIER, on APRIL 20th, to ensure they come in
on time for the season. Personalized caps come in pairs. I will be
purchasing a supply of individual non-personalized caps to have on
hand if you miss out on the ordering. They come in white and pink.
Please note, all registered swimmers receive one free white LATEX
cap.
Each registered swimmer will
receive a FREE team t-shirt with the year on the logo. The
tees in the webstore do NOT have the year listed and are meant as
extras or for parents who would like to buy spiritwear. For
new families, I recommend making sure to bring warm clothing like
hoodies and sweatpants to the evening meets because it can get
chilly. BE SURE THAT YOU HAVE AN ACCURATE T-SHIRT SIZE
LISTED ON YOUR REGISTRATION, PAYING SPECIAL ATTENTION TO YOUTH VS
ADULT SIZING. Here is a peek at our team shirt this
year:
Unfortunately, with the pandemic, the supply chain
at speedo and TYR is not reliable with the patterned suits and we
will not have a new patterned team suit this year. If your suits
from the last few years fit, your swimmers are welcome to wear them
to meets. This year we will be sticking with the black TYR suits
with our white logo on them. AGAIN ALL TEAM SUITS WILL BE
ORDERED THROUGH THE ONLINE WEBSTORE WHICH CLOSES ON SUNDAY MAY
8. Late orders will be charged a processing fee. If you
cannot make the fitting dates, you can go to Eich Sports in
Plainfield and they will assist you with fitting/sizing. Remember
that swimmers can practice in any suit they wish, but we encourage
wearing the black (or previous black/white/silver pattern) team
suits to meets.
