Here is everything you will need to register your swimmer(s) for the 2022 Monarchs Swim Team...
(Please Note: We are a neighborhood swim team - you must be a member of Kingsgate 3 & 4 in order to be a member of the Kingsgate Monarchs Swim Team.)
- Complete the Registration on the Kingsgate 3&4 Website
- Print & fill out the Midlakes Hold Harmless Agreement.
- Print & fill out the Concussion Information Sheet (your swimmers must also sign this).
You are now set to be a Monarch for the 2022 Swim Team Season! Go Monarchs!
