Welcome to Week 4 of Spring!
We are looking forward to a fun Friday night for our first annual Velovity Spring Challenge! We need all parents to sign up for a volunteer role, to ensure a successful event!

South
- Friday, April 29th
- All Senior and NDT practices are at Delano 3:30-5:00
- All Novice 1, Novice 2, AG1 and AG2 practices are canceled and replaced with the Velocity Spring Challenge, please sign up no later than Tuesday, April 26th. .
- Saturday, April 30th
- Senior 1, Senior 2 and NDT Long Course practice at U of MN 12-2:00 PM
North
- Friday, April 29th
- All Senior and NDT practices are at Delano 3:30-5:00

1st Annual Velocity Spring Challenge
- Sign up here
- Friday, April 29th
- Seniors and NDT will have practice 3:30-5:00
- 5:30-7:30 Spring Challenge
- Novice - AG2 Swimmers will swim an intrasquad meet
(they will be split into Blue / Orange teams)
- At meet - NDT/SR swimmers will be in leadership/mentor roles
- All Velocity swimmers are highly encouraged to participate in this awesome team and skill building night
- All parents are encouraged to sign up for a volunteer role to help this event be successful
