Marlin Families,
On behalf of the Cordova Blue Marlins Volunteer Parent Board
I want to say welcome to the start of our official season. Just
a few reminders:
- Please keep in mind that the first few days a practice
will seem a little chaotic as swimmers and coaches work to
establish a system. I know that many of you will have questions
for the coaches but we ask that you avoid asking questions while
they are trying to coach the group. If absolutely necessary, please
wait until the end of practice or email any questions to your child’s
coach.
- The board is looking forward to seeing the returning families
and meeting the new families on the Wednesday for the Back
to Swim Open House. This will be a great opportunity to learn
details about how things will run this season and also have the
opportunity to get a quick crash course on Team Unify/Sports Engine
that powers our team website,
- Returning Families- On Wednesday night, we will release
the volunteer sign up and swimmer sign up for the Blue and Gold
Meet (May 28). In order to sign up, you will have to be logged in
to the Team Unify website so if you have not successfully signed
into our site in the past 5 months, please take a moment to make
sure you remember your password. If you can not sign in, please
email us so that we can work on resetting your password.
- New families- If we have received your Cordova Blue Marlins
Registration Form prior to 4/26, we should have set up an account
for you on our Team Unify website. In addition to receiving emails
such as this one, you should have been asked to create password
to log in using the primary email that was listed on the form. If you
did not receive the password email, please check your spam
filter. If you are unable to locate the email, please reply to
this email so we can help troubleshoot your issues.
