*We will be making arrangements for dryland workouts if there is inclement weather. Please make sure athletes come to practice with shoes, shorts and shirts.

*Junior Piranhas are encouraged to come to EITHER MORNING OR AFTERNOON, not two practices a day.

*SEN, AG1, AG2 and AG3 are encouraged to come to BOTH practices per day when doubles are offered.

Athletes are strongly encouraged to attend Orangetheory Fitness. Please call (954) 693-8444 to set up an account. Attending Orangetheory is FREE to athletes 14 or older. Our membership is paid by the PST Booster Club.
