SPRING & SUMMER PRACTICE Schedule until July 29

MONDAY & WEDNESDAY at the Springfield Family Y

  • 3:45-4:30pm = Beginners
  • 4:30-5:30pm = Development & Advanced
  • 7:20-9:00pm =  Presenior- first 10 minute  Stretch & Prep
  • 7:20- 9:30pm = Senior,  PreNational, & National-first 10 minute Stretch & Prep

TUESDAY & THURSDAY at the Springfield Family Y

  • 3:45 - 4:30pm = Beginners
  • 4:30 - 5:30pm = Development
  • 5:20 - 7:30pm = Pre-Senior-first 10 minutes STRETCH & Prep
  • 6:20 - 7:30pm = Advanced-first 10 minutes STRETCH
  • 7:20- 9:30pm = Senior and National/Pre National-first 10 minute is Stretching

FRIDAY at the Springfield Family Y

  • 4:00 - 6:00pm = Senior and National/Pre National
  • 6:00 - 7:30pm=  PreSenior, Advanced, & Development

SATURDAY at the Springfield Family Y

Please enter at pool’s side doors for 7am practices because our Y does not open until 8am)

  • 7:00am-9:00am   PreSenior, Senior,  PreNational & National Groups

Morning Practices  : Monday, Wednesday, Friday at Springfield Country Club Pool 

  • Required Waiver Form needs  completed and returned to Coach John by June 2nd: https://www.teamunify.com/ohsfymca/UserFiles/Image/QuickUpload/waiver-of-liability-for-scc-pool_055848.pdf
  • Start date June 6th For Senior,  PreNational, & National Training Groups
  • 7:00am-9:00am
  • Springfield Country Club Pool Location
    • 6 lane, 25 meter outdoor pool
    •  2315 Signal Hill Rd, Springfield, OH 45504
    • Team Parking Area: SPY Coaches, Swimmers, & Family members are required to park in upper level parking lot next to tennis courts. Please do not park by Clubhouse or pool entrance.

  • Safety> 

    • When dropping off athlete(s), be sure that a SPY Coach is present before leaving location. Please do not arrive any earlier that 6:50am
    • Athletes are to leave area immediately after practices. No lingering/loitering in pool area and parking lot. Everyone should be leaving/picked up by 9:15am
    • Do not enter Pool Area until SPY Coach unlocks the entrance gate.
    • Athletes are to follow all pool rules, stay in designated swimming area for practice.
