Our sports nutritionist partner, Dawn Weatherwax, will be giving a free talk about "Fueling for the Competitive Edge". We highly recommend parents and swimmers attend one of these two talks being offered Wednesday 6/1 at the Mason Municipal Aquatic Center Community Room. Please see attachment for more information.
