Welcome to the Waunakee Wave Swim Team 'new swimmer evaluation' sign-ups for our Winter/Fall 2022-2023 season. The evaluations will take place at the Waunakee HS Aquatic Center.
Minimum requrement is that each swimmer should be able to complete one length (25 yards) of the pool without stopping on their front (freesytle) and back (backstroke).
When you register your child pleae make certain that you include your childs First and Last (if different from registering parent) name; swimmer's age and if the swimmer has ever been on a swim team before. Leave these in the comment section.
