18 Bullets Named Scholastic All-Americans

USA Swimming recently announced the 2017-18 Scholastic All-American Team. The Scholastic All-America Team is made up of 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade student-athletes who have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher and who have achieved the required time standard in a single event. This year, 1,622 student-athletes made the grade. The Academy Bullets Swim Club finished 6th in USA Swimming with a new team high 18 recognized swimmers, the most of any swim club in the state of Illinois and the Central Zone.

Congratulations to our our 18 swimmers who have been recognized: Audrey Coffey, Nolan Fergus, William Kamps, Sydney Kelly, Sira Limbu, Kathryn Mueller, Jack O'Connor, Ally Penrod, Horace Qiao, William Raidt, Michael Rosa, Kelly Sego, Ryan Sego, Camryn Streid, Natalie Ungaretti, Madeline Wenig, Athena Ye, & Connie Zhang. Special congratulations to Audrey Coffey, William Kamps, Camryn Streid, & Connie Zhang  for being awarded three straight years.
