Regina Synchro & Synchro Saskatchewan wish to congratulate Natalie Good from Regina Synchro who is the Award Recipient for the 2011 Saskatchewan Sport Awards : Female Coach Dedication Award (nominated by Synchro Sask). We are very happy for Natalie as she has contributed substantially to synchronized swimming in Regina and Saskatchewan for many years and is VERY deserving of this award.
“For the past 25 years, Natalie Good has worked as a synchronized swimming coach in Regina. She achieved her Level 3 NCCP coaching certification in 2001, and she works part-time as a Synchro Saskatchewan High Performance Club Coach, training athletes from Regina, Saskatoon and Estevan. She also works with masters athletes at the Synchro Regina club. She is a four-time recipient of Synchro Regina's Coach of the Year Award, and she has received several Synchro Saskatchewan awards, including the Weiner Sisters Tier 1-5 Coaching Recognition Award (2009-2010), Sadie Caulder Knight Award (2006-2007), and Coach of the Year Award (1999). Since Good joined Synchro Regina as a Head Coach and Manager in the 1990s, the program has grown from five athletes to more than 60 swimmers. She is extremely dedicated to her sport, swimmers, parents and the club. Good recognizes the importance of developing all levels of the sport including grassroots, recreational and elite competitions, and ensuring that each young girl and boy will find her or his place in the sport.”
