Workouts for the break
Hey team, I know a few of you, especially High Schoolers, may want to get a workout or two in so you don't completely lose your touch over the break. Here's two workouts for y'all to try. Any younger swimmers that want to do this, just cut the yardage in half, or even smaller. Warmup 200fr/Kick/IM 100scull 8x75 Kick/drill/swim IM Order @:15rest Workout 5x200's @20rest Odds IM, Evens Freestyle 8x50's @:30rest Underwater down, Sprint back. IM Order Cool Down 4x100's Pull @:20rest 100 double arm backstroke 200 easy
