This morning Sahib, our dry lands instructor, came in and gave the Barracudas. a really informative talk on nutrition. He told them about the importance of getting good calories every day, what carbs are good to eat, why we should water down our gatorades, and how many calories we should be eating every day. Sahib told them what foods are good fuels for athletes. Ask your children what they learned this morning, hopefully they went away with some useful tools to help them be more successful athletes.
