Habits can be unlearned, relearned, and perfected. In training you will learn new techniques, training methods and how to practice perfection. What you practice will become habit. Your goal is to make all habits positive as you strive for excellence. Mental reactions can also be dictated by habit. Your reaction to events is either positive or negative - something that is learned and practiced and has become programmed. Your reaction will either help you or hurt you. Why? What is the power of positive thinking and why is it an important?
