Our 14&Unders built upon the success of our older swimmers with some great performances at the New Jersey Swimming Junior Olympics held at Rutgers over the weekend. Our three qualifying swimmers’ 15 splashes resulted in 12 Career Best Times, 3 scoring places, 23 team points, and about 48 seconds of improved time! Not a bad weekend for the ladies.
Jillian Berg (13) had a fantastic swim in her 100 Fly, dropping over a second from her Career Best Time of 1:04.41 to a 1:03.29.
Jordan Maruska (13) had an awesome weekend dropping time (some significant) in 3 of her 4 events: 200 Breast (-.31), 500 Free (- 5.70), and the 1000 Free ( - 15.93). Her 500 Free brought her back to finals, and her 1000 swim placed.
Peyton Berg (10) qualified in 11 of the 12 events, and swam the max of 9. She dropped time in all of her swims but two, including a 12.50 drop in her 500, for a total cumulative drop of about 22 seconds. She also took our highest place of the weekend from our team with her 8th Place finish in the 500.
What a great way to wrap of the season for these girls; well done!

Congrats to our swimmers and coaches, and good luck to those still to compete at Sectionals!
