Dryland begins for our senior group!
First, we’d like to introduce our new Dryland Coach, Colin Cummins! Coach Colin has been involved in athletics since a young age. After playing football, basketball, and baseball for Kittatinny Regional High School, he studied Exercise and Sport Science at Penn State University, where he also played baseball. After graduating with a degree in Kinesiology, Coach Colin coached baseball and football at Kittatinny, Butler, and High Point for a combined 10 years. He has been a Health and Physical Education teacher at Lakeland Andover School in Lafayette since 2012. He believes proper technique while strength training, along with following procedures to keep athletes safe and injury free, are priorities. He lives in Bushkill with wife (Coach) Julie and daughter Cameryn. Welcome aboard!
Swimmers should arrive at Kittatinny ready to start training; proper attire (sneakers, workout clothes, water bottle) is required. Training will be a combination of core strengthening, and strength training in the weight room.
