New Information

Coach Amy’s Comments:

Hello CGAC families! I hope that everyone had a relaxing fall break and are ready to start gearing up for our first team hosted meet, the Jingle Bell Classic. Please be sure to RSVP and complete the job sign-up. Here is some other information you need to know:

1.) GRE Entry: The GRE entry is posted at the end of the pool. Please check for corrections (not event changes) and let your coach know by 5:30pm Wednesday.

2.) Halloween: ALL AGE GROUP practices will be CANCELLED on Halloween. Enjoy trick-or-treating!

3.)  Sharks/Minnows – Welcome all Sharks & Minnows Fall Session I swimmers as you start your session with us!

Have a great week and see you at the pool!

CGAC Halloween Party -Thursday, October 26th 5:30pm-7:00pm at Center Grove High School Pool. Come in costume for games and pizza! This will take the place of Thursday's practice for White, Red, Black and Presenior. No suit needed.

Jingle Bell Meet - It's time to start preparing for our first home meet of the season! The Jingle Bell Meet is November 17-19th.  Volunteer sign-ups will be posted on the website on the evening of November 1st. Also, there will be a parent meeting on November 1st at 6:00 at Center Grove High School for new parents and anyone who wants a refresher on how to sign up to volunteer and to also get more information about the different jobs as well as what to expect at your first swim meet.  Please remember that all swim families (with the exception of graduating seniors and those only with swimmers on Sharks & Minnows) are expected to fulfill 6 volunteer credits this season.  Those are usually done at the Jingle Bell meet in November and at our SuperBowl Splash meet at the end of January. There will be an option to donate a $30 Walmart gift card in lieu of ONE volunteer credit. This can be done twice per season.  The jobs for the Jingle Bell meet typically fill pretty quickly.  If you are unable to get spots at this meet, there will be several opportunities at the SuperBowl Splash meet.

Swim Clinic Opportunities - Indiana Swimming wants you to attend one of two FFT swim clinics being led

by a four-time Olympian in Fishers, IN on October 28th!

The Green Flag clinics are not to be missed by any swimmer who has been competing three years or
