ANNOUNCEMENT TO MEMBERS OF POSITIONS UP FOR ELECTION AT 2018 ANNUAL MEETING
To all PTAC Members:
It is that time of year again where nominations are opened for vacated positions for the PTAC Board. March 2018 brings with it the end of the Winter Session and ushers in the 2018 Summer Session – with the Annual Membership Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, March 21, 2018 and Elections to the Board.
We are now accepting nominations for our board positions with expiring terms.
· PRESIDENT (1 year term: 3/26/2018 – 3/25/2019)
· VICE-PRESIDENT/REGISTRAR (1 year term: 3/26/2018 – 3/25/2019)
· CONCESSION CHAIR (2 year term: 3/26/2018 – 3/30/2020)
Anyone interested in running should contact the Nominations Committee - headed by Jamie Lingg, Vice-President/Registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org by March 16, 2018.
Nominations will be accepted as stated above and from the floor during the Annual Meeting.
Active members in good standing with the PTAC are eligible to run for the board. Board positions are termed as noted above.
Questions about areas of responsibilities, time commitment and generally what-to-expect would be best addressed by speaking directly with the board member currently in the position you are seeking or with any member of the board.
